At VALLI, we craft terroir-driven wines highlighting the different grape-growing regions of Central Otago and the Waitaki Valley on the South Island of New Zealand. While our foundation is Pinot Noir, we also produce wines from Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Creating expressions of the Otago sub-regions is at the very heart of what we do: wine is simply the medium we employ to do so.
